1. Protocol Tax: When a soldier claims $KILL, the protocol takes a base tax of 10%. If you enlisted via a Com-Code, an extra 5% is applied for your Level 1 commander. If they also have a referrer, an additional 3% is applied for Level 2. If these referrers don't exist, extra taxes are NOT applied.
2. Multi-Level Intel: You earn directly from the extra claim taxes of your recruits: Level 1 provides 5%, and Level 2 provides 3%.
3. Enlistment Bonus: You receive a direct 2.5% $KILL discount from the base fee when you use a Com-Code to buy your first Commander.
